Remember when you started a new job? You would have spent weeks and months learning the ins & outs as well as what to do & what not to do, as well as the when and how to do them well? You will initially take a long time to solve a problem but after years at it, you become a master at it. Although you may have faced some new problems, your years of accumulated knowledge, skill, and experience means you could come up with an ingenious solution – though not all the time. We’ve been at this for the last 12 years. We don’t wish for you to face entering an aged care home more than once (maybe twice) – due to the emotional and financial stress – and having to keep-up with almost annual government rules change on income and asset tests since 2014 to experience the challenges of our industry.
